The following describes the pricing for various MoreThanData products and services.

Keystone

MoreThanData has implemented a process for calculating and processing Keystone annual subscriptions. If you are considering Keystone for the first time, you may use the pricing model to calculate what your subscription will cost after the first initial year. The first year, all affiliates pay $750, with the smaller affiliates paying less in future years and larger affiliates paying more depending on the number of Mortgages, Donors and Volunteers managed within Keystone. Please use our price estimation tool to estimate your new annual Keystone subscription cost.

KeyCredit

MoreThanData provides support through our KeyCredit program for credit reporting of your homeowners’ mortgage history using Keystone. MTD also offers services for filing homeowner payment histories with Consumer Reporting Agencies.

KeyCredit is now a free utility included with your annual Keystone subscription. The fees for the Consolidation Service are $6.00 per mortgage per year (minimum $50/year).

Invoicing for the Consolidation Service is done annually, after the service is provided. Mortgages that are processed for less than a year will be prorated. Our processing year is the calendar year, January through December, with invoicing done in February.
