Keystone tracks two addresses for a family partner. The first is the homeowner's HFH Property Address, which is the address of their Habitat house. The second address is the family partner's mailing address, usually during the time prior to when they move into their house. The second mailing address may also be used after they move in if they want mail sent to another address, such as a PO Box.
The HFH Property Address is stored in the Address field on the Property Addresses screen. It is treated differently in Keystone than addresses of other contacts. In addition to serving as the address of a family partner, this property address also may be:
In order to record and track these various facets of the property address, this type of address is maintained in such a way that it can be kept independent of the family partner as needed. The second address type, the family partner's mailing address, is discussed in the Address Tab section for the Family Partners screen. Assigning family partners to HFH Property Addresses is also discussed in that section.
