To record a variety of information about an HFH Property Address, use the Property Addresses screen. You can access this screen by opening the Families tab in the Keystone ribbon and clicking Property Addresses.
It is important to note that the Property Addresses screen is used to assign information to the address itself and for certain aspects of the property at that address, and not to the family partner who may be living at that address. That is done on the Family Partners screen.
To add a new address, click the button on the Property Addresses screen. To view or edit an existing address, locate it from among the addresses defined in the Address drop-down list, which is located near the top of the Property Addresses screen.
Fields are provided on the Property Addresses screen for recording additional information specific to the address. These fields are immediately adjacent to the Address drop-down list.
If pictures or documents are stored for the current record, you will see a button and/or a button. If they are not, you will see and buttons, respectively.
Click the button to view the picture window and the available pictures for the current record. Click the button to view the Document List window, which allows you to access all documents stored for the current record.
If the current record does not have a documents folder, Keystone will offer to create one if you click the or buttons.
For additional information, see the Managing Documents and Pictures in Keystone or the About Document and Picture Files and Folders sections.
Clicking the symbol (lower-right) allows you to set the position of the Property Addresses screen within the main Keystone window. After you do this, Keystone will remember this position and display the Property Addresses screen in that same position each time you open it. You can set a new position for the screen by clicking the symbol again. For more information, see the Custom Screen Positioning section.
There are four tabs on the Property Addresses screen. Choose any of the links below to learn more about that tab.
