Family Partners Filter

You can use this filter with the Family Partners screen to search for family partners that meet the criteria you specify. You can access the Family Partners filter by clicking the Filter button on the Family Partners screen. When the filter is active, the word Filter on the button is displayed in red; when it is not, it is displayed in black.

You can search all of your family partners using the following criteria.

Family Partnership Levels

Check the box under each Family Partnership Level you want included. By default, levels I-VI are displayed on the Family Partners screen, however, you can either choose to see homeowners at fewer levels or at all levels by changing the filter settings here. Xud means ‘Undefined’, which is used for family partners who have withdrawn or did not make it through the program.

Newly-entered family partners are automatically assigned to Level I. For more information about family partnership levels, review the (S/A/F)/Demographics/Family Partnership tab section.

Family Partner Selection Options

Click the radio button next to one of the options to select it.

When you have finished entering your filter criteria, click the Apply button. If you wish to leave this window without applying a filter, click the Cancel button.

After you click the Apply button, you return to the Family Partners screen. Notice that the Filter button is now a different color and that the number of records that match your criteria is displayed to the right of the navigation bar.

To turn the Family Partners filter off, click the Filter button again on the Family Partners screen. The Filter button will revert to its previous state and the original record set will be restored.
