Dependents/Anniversaries Tab

The Dependents/Anniversaries tab on the Family Partners screen allows you to store information about the selected family partner’s dependents and track annually occurring dates that are important to this partner, such as birthdays, wedding anniversaries, anniversaries of a their house dedication, and so forth.

Dependents pane

Use the Dependents pane to record all dependents in a household who are related to the selected family partner(s). There are four fields in this pane:

• Name - the full name of the dependent.
• Relationship - the dependent’s relationship to the selected family partner(s), as in Son, Daughter, Aunt, and so forth.
• Date of Birth - the month, day, and year of the dependent’s birth; enter as MM/DD/YYYY.
• Notes - any additional information you want to record about the dependent, such as their Social Security Number.

Anniversary Reminders pane

Use the Anniversary Reminders pane to track annually occurring dates for the selected partner(s), such as birthdays and wedding anniversaries.

To add an anniversary

1. On this tab, go to the new record line and enter the anniversary date in the Date field.
   Enter the two-digit month and day on which the anniversary occurs. This must be entered in MM/DD format, as in 02/09 or 11/07.
   
   You can also double-click the Date field to open a Calendar window where you can select a date. However, only the month and day will be recorded; the year is omitted.
2. Enter a brief description of what the anniversary is - for example, a birthday or wedding anniversary - in the Description field.

You can modify anniversaries by clicking in the field you wish to change and editing the information as needed.

When anniversary dates for homeowners are within 30 days of the current date, they are displayed on the Anniversaries tab of the Reminders and MTD News screen. If there are no anniversaries in Keystone that occur within the next 30 days, this tab does not appear on the Reminders and MTD News screen.
