The Donation History area displays a variety of useful information to consider when cultivating the donor. Keystone displays the dates of the donor's first and last (most recent) donations, as well as the monetary (cash) and in-kind gift amounts for each of those donations.
Keystone also shows the donor's money and in-kind giving for the current year (Current Year Total), for their entire giving history (Donations To Date), and their annual average giving (Annual Average), which is used in determining the Donor Class of the donor. The donor’s average annual giving is updated each time a donor makes a contribution, and is automatically updated for all donors on the first work day of each calendar year. You also can update this at any time for all donors by opening the Development tab in the Keystone ribbon and clicking Update Annual Averages.
The Notes section allows you to enter notes that might be helpful in cultivating the donor. Click here for more information about using Notes and memo fields.
