Covenant Partner Screen Tabs

The first five tabs on this screen display the same information as found on the Contact screen. Click on any of them to see more information about that tab.

The Contributions Tab

The Contributions tab displays a summary of donations for the selected covenant partner. These donations are displayed as an amount applied toward each house that a covenant partner has contributed toward. To learn more about covenant partner contributions, see the Recording and Posting Covenant Partner Contributions section.

The Other Tab

You can use the Other tab on the Covenant Partners screen to record the following information:

Date Information Package Sent - When you are recruiting new covenant partners, you can send them an information package and record the date on which you sent it here. Later this allows you to review your records and determine if and when a covenant partner was sent this package.
Next Expected Build - Used for planning purposes. This can help you coordinate your covenant partners’ contribution plans for upcoming houses with your building schedule.
Date of Last Blitz - Used for planning. The Covenant Partner Log report can be limited to only those logs that have occurred since the Date of Last Blitz. Most log entries after this date will generally relate to planning the covenant partner’s next house.
Build Frequency - The build frequency can be set to once every X years. You can use this number for planning the number of covenant partners that need to be recruited for a given building period. If you have an X year building plan and some covenant partners are committed to building a house every Y years, this helps you understand how to coordinate your partners and how many more you need to recruit in order to avoid a shortfall in your fundraising.
