Keystone can automatically generate either a single merge document or several related merge documents at the same time. When you go to print a document in Keystone that uses one of these templates, Keystone automatically brings together the template and the related data from your Keystone database in Microsoft Word. All you have to do is tell Word to merge the two and print out the results. For more information, see the Using an Automated Template section.
Keystone allows you to create delinquency letters and escrow adjustment letters for homeowners in different languages and automatically use the appropriate templates based on the homeowner's preferred language.
The following template types are considered part of the Automated Templates process. You can modify the existing templates in this list, or create new templates in most of these categories as needed. However, for Pledge Notifications, Pledge Reminders, Escrow Interest, and Excel Documents, only the templates' contents can be modified; additional templates cannot be created.
For more information, browse the sections in the Creating Templates and Using Templates books under Generating Output > Templates in the Help's Table of Contents.
