It is important that you have the most current version of MoreThanData’s software to take full advantage of the features and fixes available to you. We have overhauled how our installs and patches work to make them easy-to-use with minimal hassle. The Patches and Installers will deliver our latest version. Once you have Keystone 7.3.901 installed, the Keystone Automated Update will help you keep Keystone on the current version.
We know you have many other things to do, so we have done everything possible to streamline this process. If you can’t do it on your own, our technical support is here to help you.
What is a Patch file?
Patch files allow you to update your MTD program to the latest version whenever program patches become available. This current patch for Keystone will only run if you have Keystone 7.2 already working on your system.
Note: If you are using MTD KeyCredit, you should not run a Keystone patch until you have submitted your monthly KeyCredit transmittal file.
What is a Setup file?
Setup files are for installing that program for the first time or for performing a complete re-install of the program, either on a single computer or at your entire affiliate. Affiliates who have just subscribed to MTD Keystone should download the Keystone Setup file; affiliates who just joined the credit reporting program should download the KeyCredit Setup file.
What do I do with the file once I download it?
You are downloading a single ‘zip’ file that contains all of the necessary files. Save it somewhere you can readily find it – like your Windows Desktop – and right-click on it and choose “Extract All” to access all of the files inside.
Where are the instructions?
Please visit our Installation Instructions page where you can read all of the instructions related to our products.
Click on an item to download it. Choose to save it to your Windows Desktop.
Note for Chrome users: If you get a security warning when downloading any of these files, you can safely ignore it. It is a common problem when downloading files like this in Chrome.
Note for all users: When you first launch any installer from MTD, you may encounter a security warning from Windows Defender. This blue warning screen has a small More Info link you can click on. When you do that, the blue screen will change and give you a Run Anyway button, which will allow you to continue with the installation.
