Installation and Upgrade Assistance

If you would like to set up an appointment to have someone assist you with the installation, upgrade, or setup of Keystone, please send an e-mail to support@morethandata.org.

Please put "Appointment for Startup Assistance" as the subject of your e-mail message and include the following information:

  • Your name and phone number along with the name of your affiliate and its location (City and State), and time zone
  • An indication of how many computers Keystone needs to be installed on
  • A suggestion of the best days and times for this appointment, and days when this assistance cannot be done


Support Eligibility

Affiliates with current support licenses are eligible to receive support through MoreThanData. If you don't know whether your license is current, please contact us at 1-800-455-5617, or via e-mail at support@morethandata.org.

Affiliates who are not currently enrolled in the Support program are encouraged to re-enroll. Please visit our renewals page for more information. Affiliates whose support licenses have expired are not eligible for direct support from MTD until they renew.

We highly recommend that you maintain your support license if you plan to use Keystone in any fashion on an ongoing basis. This will help you make full and effective use of Keystone in the daily work of your affiliate.



Help Available Within Keystone

MTD Support encourages all users to utilize the Help Library provided in Keystone. The full Help Library can be viewed by choosing MTD Keystone Help from the Help menu in Keystone. Contextual help is available for many Keystone screens by clicking the ? button while on that screen.

The Keystone Help Library is also available online at http://keystonehelp.morethandata.org.



MTD User Forum

The MTD User Forum serves as a community gathering place for affiliates and MoreThanData volunteers to come together and discuss how best to use MTD's products to fulfill your affiliate's mission. So, head on over to the forum, register yourself, and join us!



KeyCredit Support

Affiliates who are currently enrolled in the credit reporting program are eligible for KeyCredit support. For assistance with KeyCredit, please contact us at keycredit@morethandata.org.



MTD Support Goals

When you contact us with a support issue, MTD Support commits to the goal of responding to your questions within the following timeframes, based on support being available during business days from 10:00AM until 4:00PM Eastern Time:
  • For telephone support, within 1 business day
  • For e-mail support, within 2 business days
