What is a subscription?
An annual subscription entitles you to use Keystone on an unlimited number of computers at your affiliate, technical support by phone or e-mail, and product updates as long as your subscription is current. These last for one year and should be renewed annually. New orders already include a one-year subscription. You will only need to pay the annual subscription amount before the anniversary date of your initial subscription.
Affiliates must renew their subscriptions before they expire for Keystone to continue operating. As long as you renew before it expires, one full year is added to the end of your existing subscription regardless of when you renew. How do I know whether my subscription is current?
Beginning two months before your subscription ends, Keystone automatically displays the end date of your subscription when you first start Keystone. In addition, your affiliate will receive an e-mail reminding you that your subscription is about to expire. If you no longer have this e-mail, feel free to contact us toll-free at 1-800-455-5617, or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll be happy to tell you.
How do I renew?
You must now renew your subscription from within Keystone itself. Keystone will calculate everything for you, give you an invoice for your records, and take you to a page on our web site where you can submit your payment. Keystone also will remind you when your subscription is running out.
If your subscription has expired, and it has not been longer than 12 months since it expired, just log on to Keystone as the Administrator and renew your subscription from within Keystone. The subscription end date will remain the same as your original subscription, which will be less than one year.
If it has been greater than one year since your subscription expired, you will need to contact sales for assistance.
