Please refer to our Newly-Chartered Affiliate Discount page for more information. Notes + "Affiliates with current licenses" simply refers to affiliates whose support licenses are current. When upgrades are released, affiliates with current licenses will receive those upgrades for free. ++ "New users" refers to affiliates who have never obtained a license for Keystone or Habitrak. +++ "Affiliates with expired licenses" simply refers to affiliates whose support licenses were not renewed before their expiration date. Affiliates with expired licenses are not eligible for technical support or upgrades. ++++ Affiliates who allow their support licenses to expire will be charged the full purchase price if they decide to renew later. MTD will send out renewal notices prior to the expiration date of your support license. KeyCredit 3 MoreThanData provides support through our KeyCredit program for credit reporting of your homeowners' mortgage history using Keystone. MTD also offers services for filing homeowner payment histories with Consumer Reporting Agencies. Our current rate for providing KeyCredit and the Consolidation Service is $20 for the distribution of the KeyCredit software; and $2* per mortgage per year for the Consolidation Service. * Minimum of $50 a year, maximum of $500 Invoicing for the Consolidation Service is done annually, after the service is provided. Mortgages that are processed for less than a year will be prorated. Our processing year is the calendar year, January through December, with invoicing done in February.
