Mortgage Grouping is a tool to help affiliates track the status of mortgages that are a named subset of their mortgages. Open the Finances in the Keystone ribbon and click Mortgages to open the Define Mortgages Within Group screen.
You can select the Keystone homeowners with active mortgages in the top part of this screen; and in the bottom part of the screen select the mortgage groups in which these mortgages participate. A mortgage may participate in none, one, or several of the mortgage groups. Once you have set up all the mortgages that participate in a mortgage group, you can create reports for this set of mortgages whenever you need them. The Group Membership tab on the Mortgage/Payments Information screen indicates which groups a homeowner’s mortgage participates in.
Select the homeowner whom you wish to assign to a group.
