Periodic Pledge Revenue Forecast Report

The Periodic Pledges Revenue Forecast screen allows you to print a report projecting revenue from your periodic pledges over any time period you specify.

To run the Periodic Pledges Revenue Forecast report

1. Open the Reports screen.
2. Choose Development > Fundraising Activities > Recurrent Pledges > Periodic Pledges > Revenue Forecast from the reports list.
   The Periodic Pledges Revenue Forecast window appears.
3. You can either choose all periodic pledges (<<ALL>>) or a particular periodic pledge using the drop-down lists in the Periodic Pledges fields.
4. Select the date range for the forecast by entering a beginning date (From Month) and an end date (Through Month) in the Forecast Period fields.
   The Mths field fills in automatically with the number of months you chose for the forecast.
5. You can enter an Estimated Payment Delay to project on average how late (in months) you expect pledge payments to be.
6. You can enter what percentage of payments toward all pledges, on average, you expect to be fulfilled using the Estimated Payment Completion field.
   Steps 5 and 6 are useful for "what-if" pledge projections.
7. Click the Preview button to view the report on your screen or Print to print the report.
