The Donations/Grants tab on the Fundraising Activities screen displays a summary of donations received as part of the FRA you select in the Fundraising Activity Selection area at the top of the screen.
When you record a donation using the Donations tab on the Donors screen, the FRA field for that donation is used to mark that gift toward a particular FRA. The Donations/Grants tab takes all of the donations marked for a particular FRA and summarizes them together on one tab.
This tab displays the Date, Donor, Money, and In-Kind fields from the donation records. Summary totals for the FRA are shown at the bottom of the tab.
