Once you have selected a report and set any available report options, you may click the button to view a copy of the report on the screen before you print it. A single page of the report appears.
Click once on the page to fit the entire page within the confines of the screen, or click again to view it full size. You can use the scroll bars at the right and bottom edges of the screen to view the various parts of the page.
If the report consists of more than one page, the page selection control will be active at the bottom left corner of the preview window. You may use the page scroll buttons to advance through the pages of the report, or you may enter a page number directly where the page number appears.
Close the previewed report by clicking Close Preview in the Keystone ribbon.
If there is no data in Keystone that meets the criteria of the report options you have chosen, the report will not appear, but rather you will see a dialog box indicating that no data is available.
When you preview a label report (most reports in a Labels and Export Data category), you are presented with a depiction of a page of Avery 5160 labels (30 small labels, in 3 columns of 10 each) and given the opportunity to select a starting label.
If you want the labels to begin at the top of the page, simply click . If you have a partially-used sheet of labels from a previous mailing, click on the location showing the first unused label, and then click . For example, selecting the 11th label causes Keystone to place the first address on the 11th label of the first page. All subsequent pages will include a full 30 labels per sheet.
Labels will not be printed for contacts lacking an address or for whom the No Mailings box is checked. For this reason there will often be more contacts listed in a detail report than in the corresponding label report.
